So it was bothering me as I tried to figure out what was really wrong with this piece, and I noticed one huge thing: all that hair in front of her right arm is hanging in a way that completely ignores the shoulder underneath it, as if she doesn't have a right arm at all.  This creates an enormous, disconnected gulf between her right tricep and her torso, such that her arm is now floating like a ghost.  This is the biggest problem with the anatomy in my opinion.  A better way to do this pose would be to put her arm in front of the hair and bend the hair around a bit to compensate.

The second issue is that she has no trap muscles (the triangular muscles that bridge the neck and shoulders; google would explain it better), and the neck does not display the kind of contortion necessary to achieve the extreme head twist in her pose.

Your art is coming along well.  Remember to draw from life/high-quality figure reference photos every so often to shore up anatomy and teach your eyes how to construct tricky parts of the human body.  I hope this comment provided feedback that is useful to you. :)

NINJA EDIT AFTER CHECKING THE BATHROOM MIRROR: One more thing!  The breast follows the arm.  Do this pose shirtless in the mirror yourself; you'll see what I mean regardless of your gender.  Her right breast should be stretching and elongating upwards because it is attached to the chest muscle, which is attached to the shoulder.
